Ken was born and raised
in Vernon, and obtained his law degree from U.B.C. He has been
practicing law for over 30 years and his preferred areas of practice
are corporate/commercial, real estate and property law, conveyancing
and wills and estates.
Ken served for six years
on the British Columbia Council of the Canadian Bar Association,
and is a past chair of the Okanagan Property Law Section. He is
a past president of the Vernon Bar Association.
Ken is past Chair of
the Board of the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation, is a past Chair
of the Jubilee Home Society (Noric House), and a past president
of the Vernon & District Chamber of Commerce. Ken has served
on the Board of Directors for the Vernon Museum and Archives, and
is a past Director of the Venture Training Centre and the Vernon
Winter Carnival Society. He is an active member of the Vernon Rotary
Club.
