Jeff was raised on Vancouver Island. He earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia and his Bachelor of Law at the University of Victoria. He was called to the Bar in 1995 and began his career in Victoria with Crease Harman & Company.
Jeff is currently primarily involved in the area of real estate development. Jeff has substantial solicitor’s experience in real estate development, including rezoning, development permit, financing, strata property and resort rental pools from his work as in-house legal counsel for a major resort development on Vancouver Island.
Jeff is the president of the Vernon Bar Association.
In his spare time Jeff enjoys being involved in the community and participating in outdoor activities, including kayaking, sailing, hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding.
