Garry graduated from
the University of Alberta with an Arts degree and teaching certificate.
After two years of teaching he returned to undertake Law at UBC.
He graduated in 1971 and was admitted to the Bar in 1972.
Garry began his legal
career with Salloum Doak in Kelowna and in 1973 moved to Salmon
Arm. Since then he has practiced in Salmon Arm. For most of that
time he was in association with H.R. Bartlett in the firm Wynne
& Bartlett. Garry joined Davidson Lawyers LLP in November
2000.
Garry is presently the
Treasurer of the Salmon Arm Bar Association. In the past he has
served on City Council and as Area Director for the Legal Service
Society, on the Board of Directors of the Salmon Arm Curling Club
and Salmon Arm Golf Club. He has been a minor hockey referee for
the past 10 years.
Garry is the resident
lawyer in the Davidson Lawyers LLP Salmon Arm office.
