David is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario law school. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004. Before joining Davidson Lawyers LLP, he was an associate in the Vancouver office of Miller Thomson, a national law firm.
Prior to his career in law, David was a production manager and producer in the television industry. He worked with a variety of clients including automobile manufacturers, large retail chains, financial institutions, national television broadcasters, the federal government and non-profit charitable organizations.
David has appeared in both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court in British Columbia as well as the Tax Court of Canada. He has experience in a variety of litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers liability, commercial host liability, wrongful dismissal, as well as administrative matters and criminal and regulatory offences.
