Brett received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Bar in 1995 (BC). He formerly was a member of the Bar in Ontario (1998).
He began his career in London, Ontario. Brett joined Davidson Lawyers LLP in August 1999 and is now a Partner.
Brett is experienced in personal injury, family, and criminal law. He has acted both for the crown and defence in criminal matters. In addition to personal injury and family law, Brett’s clients also come to him for estate litigation (wills, trusts, probate). Brett has held many volunteer board positions during his career and is currently the Vice-President of the Vernon and District Funtastic Sports Society (since 2003). When he’s not working, Brett enjoys Tai Chi, downhill skiing and horseback riding.
