Rosemarie joined Davidson Lawyers LLP in 2009. Her practice focuses mainly on Family Law whereby she assists clients with divorce, custody, access, and matrimonial property division issues. Rosemarie also enjoys and has experience with Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury & ICBC Claims. Rosemarie is new to our community, is happy to be back in the Okanagan and is looking forward to enjoying all of the outdoor activities that the Okanagan has to offer. Rosemarie is also looking forward to introducing herself to the community through the Vernon Women in Business organization.

Rosemarie was born in Calgary, Alberta and moved to Kelowna with her family in 1981. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in the Spring of 1999. She attended University of Alberta to obtain her L.L.B. in 2003 and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2004. Rosemarie practiced in Calgary, Alberta until the end of 2008, during which time practiced with Low, Glenn & Card for two years in general practice, with Alberta Justice as counsel for the Director of Children and Family Services for a year and a half, and finally with the City of Calgary as a By-Law Prosecutor for a year and a half.
