Kyle was raised in the Okanagan. After graduating from Dalhousie Law School in 1998, he returned to the Okanagan and joined Davidson Lawyers LLP, becoming a Partner in 2005.

Kyle primarily focuses on representing his clients at Trial in the areas of Personal Injury & ICBC Claims and Litigation & Dispute Resolution, with a focus on Employment Law.

Kyle is active in the community with the Junior Chamber of Commerce and is currently the Chairman of the Athletic Commission for the City of Vernon. He has served as president of Vernon Bar Association, the Vernon Club, and as vice president of JCI Vernon and the Funtastic Sports Society.

In his spare time Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active with snowboarding and martial arts.
