Juan was born in St. John's, Newfoundland and attended Memorial University for his undergraduate degree. Juan obtained his Law Degree from Dalhousie University in 1994. He moved his family to the Okanagan Valley in 2010 and joined Davidson Lawyers LLP.

Juan's practice is focused primarily on trial litigation. He has extensive experience in representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents or those charged with criminal offences from impaired driving to drug possession charges. Juan also has extensive experience in Family Law dealing with divorce, division of matrimonial assets and custody and access issues.

Juan spends most of his spare time with his family enjoying his children's sports.
