Jeffrey joined Davidson Lawyers LLP as an Associate in April 2003. He was raised on Vancouver Island, earning his Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia and his Bachelor of Law at the University of Victoria. He was called to the Bar in 1995 and began his legal career in Victoria with Crease Harman & Company. Jeffrey then worked as in-house legal counsel for a major strata titled rental pool resort development on Vancouver Island for several years prior to Davidson Lawyers LLP.

Jeffrey is primarily involved in the area of Real Estate Development, assisting clients at all stages of the development process and bringing sound practical experience and legal knowledge to assist his clients with the successful completion of their projects. He has substantial solicitor’s experience in Real Estate Development, including rezoning, development permit approval, financing, fee simple and bare land strata subdivisions, shared interest vacation properties, strata property and rental pool resorts. Jeffrey also assists clients with any company and business related matters, preparation of Wills and administration of Estates.

Jeffrey is a past president of the Vernon Bar Association and currently serves as a director for the United Way.

Outside of work Jeffrey keeps busy spending time with family, friends and especially his wife Barb and their young son Beck. In his spare time Jeffrey also enjoys being involved in the community and participating in outdoor activities, including kayaking, fishing, camping, sailing, hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding.
