Carol practices mainly in the area of Corporate Commercial with a focus on Business Law, Insolvency, Foreclosures & Debt Collection, Real Estate and Estate Planning & Administration. Carol provides her clients with prompt, friendly and effective service and advice, which is tailored specifically to their needs and situation. Carol is a member of the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation and the United Way Fund Distribution Committee. Carol is Vice-President of the Vernon Bar Association and sits on the Executive of the Commercial and Real Estate Section of the Canadian Bar Association. Carol served as Chair of Davidson Lawyers LLP's 2009 Relay for Life Team which raised a significant amount of money for the fight against cancer. In addition, Carol is a member of the Kal Rats Triathlon Club of Vernon and in her spare time is an avid runner, hiker, cyclist, golfer and enjoys spending time with her family. Carol was raised in Vernon. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia in 2003. She lived abroad in London, England prior to returning to Canada to complete a law degree at the University of Calgary in 2008. Carol articled with Davidson Lawyers LLP and was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 2009.
