A Brief Chronological History of Davidson Lawyers LLP:

1919 C.W. (Charlie) Morrow opened his law practice
1946 Neil Davidson joined Mr. Morrow
1948 The firm was renamed Morrow & Davidson
1950's W.P. (Peter) Seaton joined the firm and the firm was renamed Morrow, Davidson & Seaton
1956 Mr. Morrow was appointed to the County Bench and the firm was renamed Davidson & Seaton
1966 Mr. Seaton was appointed to the B.C. Supreme Court (later to the B.C. Court of Appeal) and the name of the firm was changed to Davidson & Company
1966 Ken Christensen became a partner
1969 Mr. Davidson appointed Queen's Counsel
1972 Ted Catlin became a partner
1974 Thomas Fletcher became a partner
1981 Greg Schroeder became a partner
1983 Ted Catlin appointed Queen's Counsel
1988 Mr. Davidson retired
1992 Bob Clarke became a partner
1996 Ken Christensen appointed Queen's Counsel
1996 Robert Ross became a partner
1999 Tom Christensen and Jay Hack became partners
2001 Tom Christensen elected as MLA for Okanagan - Vernon
2005 Brett Kirkpatrick, Ian Hawes and Kyle Watts became partners
2006 On October 16, 2006, the law firm of Davidson & Company was continued as a limited liability partnership, and will now operate under the name Davidson Lawyers LLP.
